The processing of collected data is carried out for purposes strictly related to the establishment/management of the professional relationship between you and ISTITUTO VENERE (e.g. acquisition of pre-contractual information, contractual compliance and execution of operations arising from the contract, administrative and operational management of the relationship, etc.) or to comply with your specific requests.

The personal data of our customers is processed, both manually and with computer and telecommunications systems, by our appropriately appointed personnel in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by current legislation; the collected data is kept and processed for the period strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes or in compliance with specific legal obligations.

The disclosure of personal data, which has a voluntary nature, becomes necessary to enable us to carry out the operations illustrated in letter A). The processing of personal data, as expressly provided for by current legislation, does not require in this case the acquisition of your consent.

The personal data subject to processing may be communicated, always for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, to our partners and external entities, expressly authorized by us, who perform specific functions on behalf of ISTITUTO VENERE (e.g. maintenance of accounting and financial statements, tax and insurance compliance, dispatch of correspondence, management of collections and payments, etc.), to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions and also, in anonymous form, for the purposes of statistical research.

We remind you that article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants the data subject the following rights:

1. to obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; the indication of their origin, purposes and methods of their processing; the indication of the logic applied, the identifying details of the data controller, the processor and the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in the capacity of processor or appointed; the updating, rectification and integration of the data, their deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law; the certification that such operations have been brought to the knowledge of the possible persons to whom the data had been communicated;
2. to object to the processing of your personal data in the presence of legitimate reasons or, in any case, in the event that the same are used for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct marketing or commercial communication or for the carrying out of market research.
