WORKPLACE SAFETY – RSPP (EMPLOYERS)

The course is intended for employers and is based on Legislative Decree 81/08, supplemented and amended by Legislative Decree 106/09, which constitutes the consolidated text on occupational health and safety. It is a fundamental element in the field of safety, as it makes the main guardian of safety within the company aware of the rules and conduct to be followed to protect the work environment and, above all, the people who work there.

The course contents are as follows:

• the organization of prevention in the company;

• the prevention and protection service against risks, the person in charge and the staff;

• risk assessment and the risk assessment document (DVR);

• the management of contracts for works, services or supply;

• emergency management;

• health surveillance and the competent physician;

• worker information;

• worker representation;

• supervision of the application of legislation on health and safety at the workplace;

• suspension of business activity;

• documentation obligations;

• organizational and management models for company health and safety.
