PROFESSIONAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION

The professional figure is mainly responsible for liaising with funeral businesses and handling the deceased.

The professional qualification is essential both for carrying out self-employed work and for working as an employee within companies in the sector.

This refresher course is intended for those who have been working in the sector for at least two years, with proven experience, in order to improve all work performance.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

BASIC MODULES:

• Promotion of equal opportunity conditions in the workplace and relevant legislation

• Introduction to ecology and the environment, sustainable development, and any relevant sector legislation

• Computing and the web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

• Workplace prevention and protection regulations (Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions)

• Introduction to legislation on workers’ rights and duties, including the characteristics and modalities of standard and non-standard employment contracts. Collective bargaining

• Introduction to the current tax system

• Introduction to project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment
