PROFESSIONAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION

Upon recognition of the qualification by the Prefecture and on the basis of the possession of the good conduct requirements referred to in Article 138 of the Consolidated Text of the Public Security Laws, Royal Decree of 18/6/1931 no. 773, this professional figure performs surveillance and guarding duties over movable and immovable property, working at public or private institutions.

The professional qualification is essential for entry into employment in companies operating in the security sector.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

BASIC MODULES:

• Promotion of Equal Opportunities conditions in the Workplace and relevant legislation

• Elements of Ecology and the Environment, Sustainable Development and any relevant sector legislation

• IT and web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

• Prevention and protection rules in the workplace (Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions)

• Notes on legislation on workers' rights and duties, also with reference to the forms and characteristics of standard and non-standard contracts. Collective bargaining

• Notes on the tax system in force

• Notes on project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment

SPECIALIZATION MODULES:

• Consolidated Text of the Public Security Laws (Royal Decree 18/6/1931 no. 773, arts. 133 et seq.);

• Implementing regulation of the Consolidated Text (Royal Decree 6/5/1940 no. 635, arts. 249 et seq.)
