PROFESSIONAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION

The professional figure is familiar with the business system and with small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperative systems, and all forms of associations of a commercial nature or operating on a non-profit basis. They are therefore able to use communication, marketing and public relations techniques appropriately, both for commercial purposes and for managing psycho-sociological relations.

The professional qualification is essential for employment in administrative-accounting offices and various companies.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

CORE MODULES:

  • Promotion of equal opportunity conditions in the workplace and relevant legislation

  • Introduction to ecology and the environment, sustainable development and any relevant sector-specific legislation

  • Information technology and the web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

  • Prevention and protection regulations in the workplace (Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions)

  • Introduction to legislation on workers' rights and duties, including reference to the methods and characteristics of standard and non-standard contracts. Collective bargaining

  • Introduction to the current tax system

  • Introduction to project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment

SPECIALIZATION MODULES:

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one European language

  • Business system and functional aspects: characteristics and analysis, elements of internal communication and behavioural psychology

  • Businesses, SMEs, cooperatives, associations: organizational and management systems

  • Elements and techniques of operational and tourism marketing: in-depth study of programme management and operational plans for the development of promotional projects
