PROFESSIONAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION

The professional figure, who has already gained experience in a hairdressing business, acquires knowledge relating to all management, administrative, and accounting activities that make it possible to independently manage a business in the sector.

The qualification is therefore essential for practicing as a self-employed professional, but also for working as an employee in a hairdressing salon.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

CORE MODULES:

  • Promotion of equal opportunity conditions in the workplace and relevant regulations

  • Basics of ecology and the environment, sustainable development, and any relevant sector-specific regulations

  • IT and web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

  • Prevention and protection rules in the workplace (Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions)

  • Overview of regulations on workers’ rights and duties, also with reference to the methods and features of standard and non-standard contracts. Collective bargaining

  • Overview of the current tax system

  • Overview of project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment
